Notice at Collection

When you request a quote, book a repair, track a ticket, or place an order, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, device information, and — for on-site service — your address. If you choose to provide them, we also collect device identifiers (such as IMEI) and your device access code, solely to test and perform the repair; access codes are visible only to the technicians working on your device. We use this information solely to provide the service you requested (quotes, appointments, repair updates, order fulfillment). We do not sell or share your personal information. We use only essential, first-party cookies.

Service Providers

We use Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (messaging you have requested). Each processes your data only to fulfill your request.

Your California Privacy Rights
