Due to the nature of electronics repairs, CELLSPOT employees cannot accurately identify hidden issues inside your device. Consequently we cannot be held responsible for devices that are no longer operational after we attempt repair. By booking you release CELLSPOT from all liability related to your electronic equipment. CELLSPOT cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for non-operational devices after repair or attempted repair, or be held responsible for loss of information such as phonebooks, calendars, ringtones and other end-user data during the repair process. Equipment not picked up and/or not paid for after fourteen (14) days will become the sole property of CELLSPOT.
